MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Subcontracts Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

- Plans and directs the activities associated with subcontract administration and the monitoring of supplier delivery schedules.
- Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of milestones and adherence to organizational quality and compliance standards.
- Implement process improvements for subcontractor management and oversee the preparation of Technical Reports for executive-level review and coordination.
- Manages the execution of subcontract expediting tasks for Special Operations Command Centers within the Pacific AOR.
- Evaluate regional procurement Status Reports to prioritize resource allocation for infrastructure and mission-support projects.
- Lead the coordination of local vendors and Logistics Teams to resolve performance issues affecting theaterwide readiness and operations.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of position-relevant experience.
- Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical subcontract compliance protocols.
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or a related field.
- Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) procurement.
- Knowledge of MIL-STD delivery and security protocols.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
