- Supports the coordination of procurement services by assisting with document preparation and tracking the status of open purchase orders.
- Monitor the delivery status of materials and ensure that records are accurately maintained within organizational databases.
- Assist in preparing procurement schedules and ensure that necessary materials and data are available for senior analysts.
- Drafts technical records for procurement tasks and assists in the coordination of activities across theater locations.
- Maintain foundational knowledge of special operations requirements and assist in preparing documentation for program deliverables.
- Help monitor regional vendor conditions and assist senior expeditors in identifying routine supply and service needs.
- Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
- BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
- 0 years of position-relevant experience.
- MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
- 3 years of experience.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
