MANTECH seeks a motivated and detail-oriented SECURITY CLASSIFICATION GUIDE SPECIALIST to join our team in STAFFORD, VA.

- Support the development, update, and maintenance of Security Classification Guides (SCGs)
- Assist in ensuring SCGs align with applicable national security policies (EO 13526, 32 CFR 2001/2003) under senior guidance
- Conduct initial reviews of classified materials for proper markings and handling compliance
- Assist in identifying and correcting classification discrepancies
- Support investigations of classification-related security incidents
- Coordinate with Program Security, FSO staff, and government stakeholders to implement classification guidance
- Contribute to improving security procedures related to classification and handling of sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
- 5 years of DoD/IC security experience (industrial security, personnel security, COMSEC, or related)
- Experience with DCSA/NISPOM compliance
- Formal training in Derivative Classification
- Formal training in Derivative Classification
- Familiarity with security systems (DISS, NISS, SIMS, DIAS, etc.
- Must have a current and active TS/SCI clearance.
- Must be able and willing to perform occasional manual labor and warehouse duties, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
