- Plans and directs the logistical functions of organizational units, overseeing resource distribution and supply chain management.
- Monitor the performance of logistics systems and implement organizational policies to achieve operational goals for asset allocation.
- Oversee the documentation of logistical activities and prepare detailed Technical Reports for senior executive review and coordination.
- Manages the execution of logistics planning tasks and theater distribution analysis for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR.
- Evaluate regional Logistics Status Reports to prioritize resource movements and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional Planning Teams to resolve critical operational bottlenecks affecting theaterwide readiness.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Senior Level
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 10 years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical logistics protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 3 years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Demonstrated ability to draft technical logistics documentation and follow established SOPs.
- PMP certification or a related field.
- Experience with Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) operations.
- Knowledge of MIL-STD logistics and force protection protocols within a regional context.
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
