- Plans and directs the daily analytical tasks associated with improving computer systems and operational data processing.
- Monitor system performance metrics, identify technical bottlenecks, and recommend architectural changes to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Implement standardized systems testing procedures and oversee the preparation of Technical Reports for senior executive review and coordination.
- Manages the execution of systems analysis and integration tasks for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR.
- Evaluate regional systems requirements to prioritize infrastructure upgrades and ensure network reliability for high-impact mission sets.
- Lead the coordination of Technical Teams to resolve complex software and hardware interface issues affecting theaterwide training operations.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Senior Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 10 years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical systems protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 3 years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Demonstrated ability to draft technical systems documentation and follow established SOPs.
- PMP certification or a related field.
- Experience with Navy or Army tactical systems.
- Knowledge of MIL-STD cybersecurity and information assurance protocols within a regional context
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
