- Oversees the synchronization of complex logistics lifecycles including deliberate planning, procurement, and distribution strategies.
- Authorize strategic logistics models to optimize resource allocation across global networks.
- Validate the efficiency of operational workflows to ensure mission readiness and long-term sustainability.
- Manages the integration of future and current logistics operations to support mission objectives in contested environments.
- Authorize the development of Contingency Plans for expeditionary logistics across the Pacific region.
- Serve as the final Technical Authority for logistics synchronization during multinational theater exercises and crisis response.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Lead Level
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 12 years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of experience).
- Must demonstrate Strategic Authority in operational planning and act as the Functional Lead for program-level logistics deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 10 years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of experience).
- Must demonstrate experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for operational planning deliverables.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Professional certification such as PMP or specialized military planning credentials (e.g., JPME).
- Extensive experience in USPACOM or USSOCOM deliberate planning cycles.
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
