Requirements / Qualifications

Must hold a bachelors degree or higher 1. Noncommissioned Officers (E-8 to E-9) Recently separated or retired (within the past 5 years) with a minimum of 8 years of cumulative honorable service.                                                           Or  2. Commissioned or Warrant Officers (W-1 to W-5, O-3 to O-6) Recently separated or retired (within the past 5 years) with at least 8 years of honorable service.                                                          Or  3. Army National Guard / U.S. Army Reserve (Active/Troop Program Unit) - Must still have one of the listed rankings to qualify (E-8 to E-9 or W-1 to W-5, O-3 to O-6) Currently serving or separated/retired within the past 5 years with a minimum of 8 years of cumulative honorable service. Applicants must also provide: 3a. A letter of recommendation from their current Commander 3b. A current DA Form 5016 (Chronological Statement of Retirement Points) or NGB Form 23A (Annual Retirement Points Statement) Please attach the following to your online EdJoin application: Letter of Interest Resume Copy of a valid Designated Subject ROTC Credential or Junior ROTC Pre-Instructor Qualification Memorandum (if applicable) - District will work with the Army to obtain one Two (2) letters of recommendation from your most recent employer(s) Do not mail documentation to our office as they will not be viewed for our on-line screening process.
