Production Supervisor - Third Shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Third Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the smooth, efficient, safe, and on-spec production of quality products. In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate line processes, and manage a team of production workers. Duties

• Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee assembly line operations, ensuring timely completion of production schedules.
• Proactively advise Production Manager of significant constraints, safety or personnel issues.
• Assist with job setups and strive to reduce setup time.
• Manage issues that prevent the achievement of the daily production plan (ie: equipment, tooling, material, routers, specs, etc.)
• Determine root causes of problems and take corrective action.
• Lead, motivate, train and cross-train team members to maximize efficiency and maintain high performance levels.
• Ensure supplies are available to prevent downtime.
• Perform employee evaluations and administer discipline as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on supervision
• Familiarity with factory safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities in a firm, fair and consistent manner.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience with manufacturing or assembly processes is preferred
• Must posess a high school diploma for G.E.D.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
