Automotive Service Advisor

Are you passionate about cars and love working with people? We're looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our service team in Grayson, KY.

Responsibilities:

·Provide exceptional customer service to customers, both in person and over the phone.

·Work closely with customer service and sales team to develop new products and services for customers.

·Work closely with production and inventory teams to ensure proper inventory levels for customers.

·Proactively communicate product availability and service needs to management.

·Follow up on all customer requests.

·Follow up on all service calls/receipts/calls with customers.

·Follow up on all service calls/receipts/calls with employees.

·Follow up on all open service calls/receipts/calls with customers and employees.

·Follow up on all open tickets.

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certificate or equivalent preferred. Basic knowledge in automotive repair or general repair shop preferred. Basic knowledge in diesel engine repair preferred. Basic knowledge in transmission, differential, exhaust system, fuel system, electrical systems preferred. Knowledge in diagnosing and fixing basic problems is a plus. Experience in a dealership environment preferred but not required (Service Advisor will train).

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary based on experience, plus Bonus Potential based on performance

Full-time, 5 days per week - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
