Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site, role for an Itinerant Deaf or Hard of Hearing Teacher located in Mansfield, TX. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and providing individualized instruction as needed. The teacher will also communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff, toward the development and advocacy of deaf or hard of hearing students.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching
- Certified Teacher for Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Knowledge of the Admission, Review, and Dismissal process
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with hearing impairments
