In this role, you will diagnose fleet issues and manage the repair process while supporting Base Operations, Engineering, and Testing teams as part of the Fleet Operations / Engineering Support Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance, excellent communication skills, a proactive, self-starter mindset, and the ability to effectively multitask.

Job Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Atwater, CA
Pay Range: $53 - $58/hr (based on experience)
What’s the Job?
- Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure fleet readiness
- Configure, set up, and sign off vehicles for safe on-road usage
- Coordinate repair processes and escalate technical issues to engineering teams
- Maintain service records, diagnostic reports, and documentation
- Support shop operations including workspace upkeep, tools, and inventory management
- 2–4 years of vehicle technician experience
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, tools, and repair techniques
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
