Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer
What's the Job?
- Lead the execution of capital projects, including developing scopes of work, user requirements, project plans, budgets, and cost controls.
- Ensure all phases of the project delivery process, such as Front-End Engineering and Start-Up Management, are followed effectively.
- Develop and manage project schedules to meet objectives, coordinating with engineering and construction teams.
- Establish project practices and procedures related to safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
- Communicate project status, outages, and potential risks to upper management, acting as the primary link between project teams and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Computer, etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or construction management
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred
- Knowledge of programming and controls is advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
