Job Title: Sr. Human Resources Administrator / Benefits Analyst

Pay Range: $48 - $52/hour (5-month contract)
What’s the Job?
- Administer and manage employee leave programs including FMLA, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and state leave programs while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Partner with third-party vendors, Legal, and Benefits teams to support leave administration, wellness initiatives, and employee benefit programs.
- Manage ServiceNow cases and provide timely, accurate resolution to employee benefit and leave inquiries.
- Analyze benefits data, investigate escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support benefit enrollment, payroll audits and reconciliations, acquired/divested employee transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration, including STD, LTD, FMLA, employee qualifying events, and appeals.
- At least 3 years of project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives.
- Experience with Oracle HCM, ADP Global View Payroll, and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Strong analytical, reporting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience supporting shared services environments, M&A activities, or union benefit plans is a plus.
- Competitive pay rate of $48 - $52 per hour.
