- Develop and implement maintenance programs, inspections, and reports to uphold facility standards.
- Assist in managing budgets, capital improvements, and operational expenses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client satisfaction and facility-related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or banking facilities management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and CMMS systems.
