What’s Needed? Max of 5
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
- 4 years of hands-on power electronics experience with end-to-end product development
- Strong background in power switching, magnetics design, and thermal management
- Experience with high-frequency power systems; SiC and/or GaN experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to take products through validation, regulatory testing, and production launch
- Ownership of complex, real-world power electronics systems used in commercial products
