🔧 Job Title: Quality Technician II 📍 Location: Santa Clarita, CA (Onsite) 💲 Pay Range: $27.90 – $31.90 per hour 🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis on electrical, electronic, and mechanical medical devices
- Document investigation findings in Global Complaint Management System (GCMS)
- Partner with quality engineers to refine analysis and improve product outcomes
- Identify product and process improvement opportunities
- Support lab operations, equipment maintenance, and documentation compliance
- Conduct product record reviews and ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Associate degree (or higher) in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering/Technology
- 2 years of hands-on lab experience in failure analysis or product testing
- Experience using lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, X-ray machines, or cutting tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate in a team-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Familiarity with RF devices or concepts
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or post-market systems
- Previous experience in complaint investigation or regulated environments
