What's the Job?
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
- Support and verify the implementation of permanent corrective actions across production lines.
- Coordinate and facilitate 8D problem-solving teams to address quality concerns.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards through audits and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience; 5 years of quality engineering experience preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards; training available for new graduates.
- Strong understanding of quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, DOE, APQP, and 8D.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems like SAP.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and technical reporting skills.
