As a Program Director, you will be part of the clinical operations supporting a dedicated interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Program Director Location: Medford, OR Pay Range: $72000 - $85000 Shift: M-F 8am-5pm What's the Job? Oversee program operations, activities, and schedules for a 24/7 treatment program. Lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Provide administrative supervision and oversight to staff including counselors, peer support specialists, and support staff. Participate in clinical staffing, team meetings, and staff training to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including Oregon Administrative Rules and CARF accreditation. What's Needed? Experience in behavioral health services with increasing responsibilities. Supervisory experience in congregate living facilities or hospitals. Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
