What's the Job?
- Supervise all employees in your department and manage the flow of production
- Implement and maintain continuous improvement production systems
- Ensure 5S standards are upheld throughout the facility
- Focus on enhancing product and process capability
- Participate actively in quality control and problem-solving related to daily production issues
- Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage production schedules and expedite critical items
- Proficiency with computer systems for managing timekeeping and payroll
