- Apply engineering expertise to analyze data for trends and identify process and operational improvements.
- Drive process optimizations, control enhancements, and quality improvements to increase yields and reduce costs.
- Lead the introduction and relocation of new manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Design, estimate, and oversee small to medium-sized capital projects to improve plant operations.
- Provide training and support to chemical technicians on process safety and procedures, including conducting classroom sessions.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in production or process engineering within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of process design, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with material and energy balances to enhance efficiency.
- Familiarity with reaction chemistry and kinetics is a plus.
