Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Multiple Facilities / Mobile Route in Paoli, PA
Pay Range: $ 35-37/hr
What’s the Job?
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Travel between multiple facilities to ensure building systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and equipment adjustments.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, contractor oversight, and maintenance documentation.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety standards, hazardous material procedures, and facility policies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems with troubleshooting experience.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification and a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and computerized maintenance systems.
