Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Omaha, NE

What's the Job?
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Conduct inspections of property interior and exterior areas, including structural components and lighting systems
- Respond effectively to emergencies and support after-hours building activities as needed
- Prepare detailed reports on work conditions and recommend corrective actions to management
- Universal EPA Certification
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Valid state driver's license and ability to maintain it
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Availability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required
