What’s the Job?
- Analyze user requirements and technical specifications to design and architect software solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET, C#, VB, ASP.NET, HTML, Java, SQL Server, and Python.
- Review and optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Lead software project execution from concept to delivery, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams and travel to customer sites as needed.
- 7 years of hands‑on software development experience in .NET/C#/SQL and web‑based applications.
- Demonstrated project leadership experience and ability to manage technical execution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage directly with customers in a professional manner.
- Experience with APIs, WinForms, UI development, and data structures; mobile development a plus.
- Preferred experience with SCADA platforms such as Ignition or similar industrial software systems.
