What's the Job?
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
- Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring energy efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
- Valid state driver’s license required.
- Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of system design and applications in building operations.
