We are seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems independently, with a strong focus on both residential and commercial projects. The position requires a highly skilled individual who can effectively manage installations from start to finish while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings according to company standards and local codes.
- Complete installations of new HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handlers, compressors, and other related components.
- Ensure that systems are installed correctly, safely, and to code, following all manufacturer specifications and instructions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, including system malfunctions and defective components.
- Conduct system start-ups and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns during installation.
- Maintain clean and organized work environments, ensuring job sites are left tidy at the end of each day.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and project managers to ensure installations are completed on time and within budget.
- Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience installing HVAC systems independently.
- Experience in both new construction installations and HVAC service is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and system specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced HVAC technologies and smart home integration.
- Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
