- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Conduct inspections of interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting, to identify and address issues proactively.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for tracking work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
- Maintain a valid state driver’s license and be available for call-in work as needed, performing other duties to support facility operations.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair and maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
- Willingness to join UFCW 951 union.
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
