Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with standards.
- Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and timely service delivery.
- Monitor and calibrate HVAC systems, record readings, and make adjustments for optimal performance.
- Maintain safety standards, manage inventory, and oversee contracted maintenance work.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
