What's the Job?
- Plan and perform major equipment installation, maintenance, overhauls, and inspections on industrial mechanical and rotating systems.
- Manage maintenance and repairs of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
- Service turbines and synchronous and induction motors to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain high-speed gearboxes and oversee heat exchangers, cryogenic interchangers, chillers, and cooling towers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to regional sites, assisting in turnaround planning and mechanical work cost estimation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of mechanical and rotating systems in an industrial environment.
- Experience with installation, troubleshooting, inspection, and repairs of compressors, turbines, blowers, and heat exchangers.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices for industrial mechanical systems.
- Ability to use precision measuring devices and perform alignment on multi-train equipment.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software packages, including MS Office and computerized maintenance management systems.
