Key Responsibilities
- Master Schedule Ownership: Develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule across all product lines and factories. Ensure alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Capacity & Resource Planning: Analyze capacity constraints, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet delivery commitments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales operations, procurement, and engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts align configurations and support new product introductions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track schedule performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools. Communicate status and risks to leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for scheduling efficiency, leveraging analytics and ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience: 4 - 8 years in production planning or scheduling. Experience in high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced scheduling tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
