What’s the Job?
- Operate and monitor injection molding and 3D printing equipment to produce prototype components
- Perform minor process adjustments and troubleshoot equipment to ensure part quality
- Inspect, measure, and verify dimensional accuracy using precision tools
- Execute post-processing tasks such as sanding, cleaning, assembly, and finishing of parts
- Maintain materials, equipment, and perform routine preventative maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–5 years of experience in injection molding, plastics, or 3D printing environments
- Hands-on experience operating or troubleshooting machinery in a lab or manufacturing setting
- Ability to work in a physical environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
