- Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and related mechanical components efficiently
- Manage HVAC-related projects within deadlines and budget constraints
- Operate and maintain Building Management Systems for enhanced building performance
- Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repair
- Strong foundation in construction and mechanical systems
- Experience with boilers, ventilation, refrigerants, and plumbing systems related to HVAC
- Proficiency in project management and energy management
- Ability to operate various control systems, including fire alarms and safety systems
- Understanding of refrigeration, electrical equipment, and cooling towers
