Job Title: HVAC Technician

What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and facilities.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with standards.
- Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of systems.
- Manage facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and oversee contracted maintenance work.
- Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize HVAC and related systems performance.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Ability to analyze the operation of various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems and take corrective actions.
- EPAUniversal Certification.
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
