Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician 3 (Shifts) - Pfizer to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 3 (Shifts) - Pfizer, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting a dedicated team committed to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:$39

What's the Job?

  • Maintain continuous operation of all HVAC-related building systems, including mechanical controls, building automation systems (“BAS”), electrical components, and temperature control systems.
  • Execute preventive, corrective, and reliability maintenance procedures with teammates and vendor partners.
  • Conduct building rounds, maintain detailed logs and data sheets, ensuring all regulatory compliance and safety requirements are met.
  • Enter detailed and explanatory comments into work order database, so actions can be documented and referenced.
  • Identify hazards, implement remediation measures, and complete comprehensive safety training programs.

What's Needed?

  • 3 years of facility-related HVAC and refrigeration work experience.
  • High school diploma or state equivalent required.
  • Active Massachusetts Driver’s License.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in facility-related systems.
  • Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CMMS systems.
