Job Title: Electronics Controls Engineer

What’s the Job?
- Lead a small validation team (2-3 engineers), including workload planning, task assignment, and performance evaluation
- Provide technical guidance and support integration of digital solutions from development through release
- Execute end-to-end testing, including planning, execution, and documentation in PLM systems following Agile practices
- Design and enhance test strategies, including OTA and data acquisition validation scenarios
- Develop automation tools and reusable test artifacts to improve efficiency and test coverage
- Advanced OTA testing experience, including scenario design and edge case identification
- Intermediate knowledge of communication protocols (CAN / J1939 / UDS) and debugging network issues
- Embedded/device validation experience with end-to-end test execution and quality assurance
- Basic team leadership experience, including task assignment and mentoring
- Familiarity with Agile practices, test documentation, and PLM systems
