What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and support electronic hardware for aerospace control systems, including Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and airborne electronic hardware.
- Support the entire lifecycle of electronic hardware from initial design and integration through production support and sustaining engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with design standards, including DO 254 and other aerospace regulations.
- Manage engineering change processes, including drawing revisions, obsolescence mitigation, and supplier communication.
- Resolve production support cases and provide technical substantiation for design or component changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Systems Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience with aerospace electronic hardware or other safety-critical systems.
- Hands-on experience with CCAs/PCBs, including design, troubleshooting, and sustainment.
- Proficiency with circuit analysis and modeling tools such as SPICE or MATLAB.
- Experience supporting production or release of engineering changes and interpreting technical drawings and configuration-controlled documentation.
