What’s the Job?
- Supervise, mentor, and train a team of controls engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of control systems and automation solutions for production lines or industrial equipment.
- Ensure the implementation of safety standards and compliance with regulations in control system designs.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate control systems with machinery, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), SCADA systems, and other automation tools
- BSEE
- At least 5 years of experience in controls engineering or automation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong experience with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other industrial control systems.
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001/TS 16949 procedures and policies.
- Proficient in control system design, programming, and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
