Job Title: Controls Engineer

Pay Range: $43–$52/hour
What’s the Job?
- Provide controls and manufacturing engineering support to assigned production areas
- Troubleshoot PLC systems and automation equipment to reduce downtime
- Develop, modify, and maintain control programs to meet plant objectives
- Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to improve efficiency and reduce defects
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and process optimization efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred)
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and Allen Bradley programming experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (electrical and mechanical)
- Experience with automation systems and process optimization
