What’s the Job?
- Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor safety compliance and site conditions
- Perform safety audits and maintain weekly safety reports
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to improve safety performance
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to resolve site issues
- Support overall production and facility operations while ensuring adherence to safety standards
- 10 years of experience in construction safety, ideally in data center environments
- OSHA certification required
- Experience with safety auditing, reporting, and compliance processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Enablon, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6
- Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills
