As a Construction Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Project Management and Construction Quality team supporting Project Managers, Engineers, and Construction Contractors. Job Title: Construction Quality Engineer
Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site)
Pay Range: $55 – $60/hr
What’s the Job?
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans for assigned construction projects
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with design, codes, and specifications
- Review and approve quality control documentation, including test plans, inspection reports, and material submittals
- Collaborate with project teams and contractors to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain quality records, reports, and project documentation for stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred Industrial or Mechanical), Construction Management, or related field
- 10 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and strong analytical skills
