What’s the Job?
- Oversee construction sites, general contractors, and crews to ensure safety, quality, and project compliance.
- Partner with safety and quality managers to address incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities and manage contractor schedules and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and manage change orders in coordination with project management.
- Conduct quality inspections and support contractor onboarding and permitting processes.
- 8–10 years of construction management experience, including commercial building and clean room construction (CA experience required).
- OSHA 30 certification, First Aid & CPR certifications, and proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to manage safety programs, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
- Strong leadership, multi-tasking, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Competitive hourly pay range ($80–$95/hr).
