As a Buyer/Planner, you will be part of the Supply Chain & Operations Planning organization supporting Production Planning, SIOP, and Supply Planning teams. Job Title: Buyer/Planner

What’s the Job?
- Lead the monthly Production Planning cycle for assigned product cells
- Ensure capacity plans and constrained master production schedules optimize labor and machine utilization
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve demand, capacity, and material constraints
- Participate in SIOP and Customer Business Team meetings, presenting risks and mitigation strategies
- Drive customer satisfaction while balancing working capital and inventory targets
- 7 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Materials Management
- 3 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years of SAP ERP planning experience
- Experience with capacity planning, SIOP, and production scheduling
- U.S. Citizenship required due to export control regulations
