What's the Job?
- Monitor and operate the Building Automation System (BAS) to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot system alarms, faults, and irregularities efficiently
- Adjust systems and controls to maintain operational efficiency
- Run trends and generate detailed reports from BAS data
- Coordinate with technical staff to resolve system issues promptly
- Experience working in a laboratory or regulated environment, such as a vivarium
- Familiarity with industrial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Proficiency with BACnet protocols and Siemens building automation hardware
- Niagara 4 (N4) certification is required
- Experience with Niagara platforms and troubleshooting BAS systems
