Recruiter - Onsite Spartanburg, SC
Are you a recruiter seeking a new opportunity in the Spartanburg, SC area? We are looking for a recruiter to support our client, a global leader in Environmental Services. This company specializes in the management, treatment, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, offering a range of solutions across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and energy. This is a long-term/ W2 Contract position that will work onsite in Spartanburg, SC. You must reside in the Spartanburg market.
What you need:
* 3 years of recruiting experience
* High-volume recruiting experience
* Experience recruiting within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Ability to provide consultative guidance, build strong relationships, and influence clients
* Proven experience working directly with hiring managers and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
* Strong time management skills and attention to detail
* Strong, effective communication skills
