Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
Rate: $17 per hour
Duration: 6 months
Join our team as an Associate Production Club Assembler I and be part of creating world-class golf clubs! In this role, you’ll assemble both custom and stock clubs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and quality craftsmanship matter. From reviewing work orders and confirming components to using specialized tools and machines, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every club meets the highest standards before it reaches our customers.
What You’ll Do
Assemble golf clubs with precision in a dynamic manufacturing setting
Use hand tools and machines to complete a variety of assembly tasks
Cross-train across multiple processes to expand your skills and flexibility
Follow blueprints, layouts, and written instructions to perform detailed assemblies
Identify when equipment needs maintenance or calibration
Perform quality checks and help solve production challenges
Train and mentor entry-level assemblers while setting a positive example
Stand and stay active for extended periods while lifting 10–20 pounds throughout the day
Accurately read, follow, and interpret work instructions and specifications
Perform basic mechanical calculations as needed
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma preferred
At least 6 months of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
Comfortable working overtime and weekends when needed
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Team player who can adapt to changing priorities and also work independently
Ability to follow directions with accuracy and consistency
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Work comfortably in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
