Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a busy warehouse and distribution team. This position is responsible for picking, staging, shipping, receiving, and inventory control while ensuring all domestic and international shipments are prepared accurately and in compliance with shipping regulations. The ideal candidate has experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker safely and efficiently to retrieve inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments according to company procedures and shipping regulations.
• Label, package, and document shipments accurately.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe finished goods and warehouse area.
• Follow warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience.
• Prior experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker is required.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Hazardous Materials shipping is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including a Cherry Picker/Order Picker.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
