Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in the medical device industry. This role involves precision assembly and soldering of small electronic components, including PCBs, in a cleanroom environment. You will work under microscopes, follow detailed instructions, and ensure high-quality standards are met. Ideal candidates have experience in assembly, soldering, and working with small parts under magnification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed assembly of miniature components
- Work under a microscope for precision assembly tasks
- Follow written instructions, blueprints, and procedures
- Solder PCBs and small electronic components
- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Support prototype builds in a fast-paced R&D environment
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required
- Experience in a cleanroom environment preferred
- Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
- Soldering experience required (IPC certification a plus)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
