Electrical & Mechanical Assembler
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
Position Summary
Perform complex electrical and mechanical assembly of products, cable assemblies, and wire harnesses. Responsible for assembling, soldering, wiring, testing, and inspecting components while following engineering drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and mechanical components.
- Perform wire crimping, terminating, bundling, soldering, and electrical testing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
- Install and assemble hardware using hand and power tools.
- Perform inspections, rework, and engineering changes as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of electrical cable assembly and wire harness experience.
- Experience with wire crimping, soldering, mechanical assembly, and quality inspection.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or soldering training preferred.
- Basic computer skills; Oracle ERP and Jira experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with close-tolerance assemblies.
