About the Role
We are seeking a Personnel Analyst II to support a State agency with a focus on employee relations and workplace investigations. This role will also assist with recruitment, classification, and HR policy interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct employee investigations related to workplace concerns and policy issues
- Interview employees and gather information to determine findings
- Prepare reports and recommend appropriate actions
- Support recruitment and hiring efforts
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Review positions and assist with classification and compensation
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Experience with employee relations and investigations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures
