We are adding to our team and looking to hire a recruiter / Talent Aquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Team. (Talent Acquisition Team). You will be part of e(s)]. Job Title : Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Location : Appleton, WI

What’s the Job / Primary Duties :
Work with Hiring Manager's to complete a hiring needs assessment, identify open positions and required skills and qualifications
Source, attract, screen and qualify candidates using a variety of methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
Identify, assess, place, and manage and advance a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain excellent client and candidate relationships.
Coach, Councel, Complete performance reviews
Maintain data in applicant tracking system
What’s Needed / Qualifications :
Required
Industry : 1 year in recruiting, human resources, customer service, and / or sales (preferred - not necessary).
Education : High school diploma or equivalent. (BA is preferred - Not Necessary)
Excellent communication skills
Above average computer skills
Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships and raport
