- Experience in cost control, budgeting, and maintaining profitability in a culinary setting
- Creativity and innovation in developing diverse and appealing menus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with staff and management
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in hospitality or luxury resorts is highly advantageous
